Magic Hour
I don’t read much in the "chick lit" genre and had never read any Kristin Hannah. This was a light, quick read and the story surrounding "Alice" was quite interesting. I would have liked more on the relationship between the sisters rather than on their separate romances. And I thought the romantic story lines overshadowed the ending, which really should have focused on the child and the resolution of her story in more detail. But I enjoyed the book overall. It's a good beach/vacation read, when you want something entertaining and uncomplicated.
